Due to the nature of all custom products, we cannot accept returns; however, we do hold orders for a 24hr cancellation period. Exchanges are only available if item arrives damaged. Should your order suffer damage during transit, please inform us immediately with photos and/or video of damages upon arrival for a prompt replacement.

After 24hrs without a cancellation notice, all orders will be sent to production. Current production time is 2-4 business days.
