Disclaimers:
All sizes have a variance +/- 2" due to heat causing shrinking when pressed.
Periodically tiny microfiber dots may occur - this is a natural occurrence in the fabric (mostly seen in fleece). They typically appear black, blue, orange or yellow in color. Once the fabric is washed, they are usually less visible. This is common in sublimation and is caused by natural fiber particles.
Custom Requests: We love to create new designs but for a design that we do not currently offer please contact us before ordering to see if we can create your request.
Due to the nature of all custom products, we cannot accept returns; however, we do hold orders for a 24hr cancellation period. Exchanges are only available if item arrives damaged. Should your order suffer damage during transit, please inform us immediately with photos and/or video of damages upon arrival for a prompt replacement.
After 24hrs without a cancellation notice, all orders will be sent to production. Current production time is 2-4 business days.
